Hello Diet

Wow, I have no idea why I have been eating so much here lately. I just can't stop myself from grabbing loads of junk food, especially when it comes to the Snicker candy bars and blueberry muffins. I've worked so hard the past few years to get where I'm at today and I just don't think all the junk food is worth going back to where I was at before. With that being said, I'm definitely determined to get back on the right track. Bring on the diet, no carb foods, and exercising!


  1. I'm right there with you, I had the hardest time losing weight before college and then this past year (sophomore year) I gained 20. I've lost around 7 but still....i'm not doing well at all, all i want is junk!

  2. I'm right there with you. I really need motivation because I've been living off of ice cream!

  3. There must be something in the air because I too can NOT.stop.eating. And its all the junk that I want. Ah! I definitely need to eat better and healthier!
