Although I am not Irish, I enjoy being able to actually celebrate this day with my boyfriend. He is the typical full blooded, Irish person. He has the red hair, the accent, and so forth. I usually buy him a gift, but I had no idea what to get him this year. Hopefully next year I can come up with a cute little idea. Last year I gave him a plaque that had the Irish prayer written on it. I thought that was pretty neat.
On another note, it's the most exciting time of March! March Madness has officially begun and I am proud to say that my basketball bracket is filled out and ready to go. Hopefully I did half way decent filling it out, because some of the decisions was a little difficult to decide on. I have two of my favorite teams playing in the NCAA Tournament. Go West Virginia Mountaineers and Carolina Tar Heels!
My school won it's game in the tournament tonight, and it was so exciting! You could hear screams echoing all over the campus! Hope you had a fabulous St. Patrick's Day!
